Barbara Gavalier is a retired teacher and former social worker. She re-located to Raleigh, NC in July 2016 from Canton, Georgia. With a passion for women being the best that they can be, she’s been involved in women’s ministry as a Small Group leader. It didn’t take her long to find herself in that role at Newhope Church where she leads a life group for women and is in training to become a women’s group leaders coach. Barb’s professional experience as an educator and social worker with families in crisis provides Pharoah’s Daughter with the expertise of the two professions along with her passions and call on her life. And so, God’s command has brought her here to rock our babies.
